The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. the room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The room lacked natural light, which made it feel a bit gloomy and basement-like. the noise insulation was quite poor, as we could hear activities and conversations from the hallway, which disturbed our sleep at times.

Quiet and comfortable. Prompt response to water leak. Helpful staff. Convenient location. Delicious breakfast. Comfy beds. Extensive coffee and tea choices. Easy parking.

The staff were highly professional and provided excellent service. The basic amenities were all there, and I was especially impressed with the rooms that were recently renovated. They had a modern touch, although the window view of the hallways was a bit unusual. Despite this, the rooms were comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could sleep comfortably even without air conditioning. The availability of rooms with a pull-out couch was a bonus, as it provided extra space and convenience. my stay exceeded my expectations.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Plainview was excellent. Danny at check-in is a credit to your hotel. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. We liked that there was a microwave on the landing for guests to use. We were able to use it whenever we liked. The room I stayed in was very clean. The bed was very comfortable especially being that I have a bad back. TV was very large! I also loved that there was a light above the bathtub/shower. Loved the fact that it was quiet and comfortable! The housekeeper manager immediately came inside to check up on a water leak issue and took care of everything. It was a pain to move to another room since I had heavy bags but it was nearby and I was given breakfast voucher when I went down to the counter to return & get new cards. Beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean, also plenty of towels. The hotel met most of the standards I expect from a Holiday Inn property.
